Whippoorwill Hill is located on private property, is a disabled veteran owned small business and is hosting this event for the community because they want to offer another market option in Bloomington with the backdrop of their historic working farm.  In hosting an event of this kind, the organization takes on expenses and liability they would not otherwise be exposed to.  The cost for entrance goes to cover the luxury restroom trailer, staffing the event, hay rides, entertainment, heaters, marketing, cash give aways for customers, decorations, and many other costs that aren’t readily apparent.
