Do we have to set up the tables and chairs?

Yes. Our set-up crew will arrange the tables and chairs per a customized layout that you provide or that we create for you prior to the event, but you will have to tweak the tables and chairs to meet your specific requirements.  Please ensure to share your desired floor plan with us 30 days prior to the event so we can plan for your seating arrangement.  When the event is over, please leave the tables and chairs in place.
